ABOUT THE ROLE

We're seeking a Project Coordinator ready to be on the front lines of a project, giving daily support to field, project management, and customer teams. This role regularly communicates with field and safety professionals ensuring proper the flow of information such as tracking payroll times for the Production team and processing all new hire enrollment documentation.

A Project Coordinator is part of the team on the front lines of a project, giving daily support to field, project management, and customer teams. This role provides project coordination and administrative support for Project Managers (PM) including information flow between office, field and vendors, schedule tracking, and maintaining job files, submittals, RFI's and RFQ's. This vital person assumes specific duties as a team partner with minimal direction.

Responsibilities
  • Tracking PM schedule, set-up meetings, travel, catering, etc.
  • Communicate with Field and Safety professionals. Project Coordinators on PV sites is to track Payroll times for Production and process all New Hire Enrollment docs.
  • Maintaining and updating job files, controlled forms/logs
  • WO Processing on PV site, Project Coordinator would assist with proposal, bid presentation, change orders, submittals, RFI & RFD document processing
