Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 8-hour shift within 8 am–6 pm.
• Minimum 6 months of call center experience.
• Proficient in 10-key data entry.
• Experience with Word, Excel, Access.
• Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-friendly attitude and ability to follow directions.
• Reliable home internet with sufficient speed for video calls.
• English and Spanish speaking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot basics and propose solutions.
• Data entry into multiple databases.
• Receive data and source documents, sort and verify.
• Maintain filing system for applications and rebates.
• Communicate effectively with other departments.
• Handle customer emails and phone calls.
• Deliver exceptional, customer-centric service.
• Protect confidential customer information.
• Peer training or shadowing as needed.
• Support other programs within the department.
• Other duties as assigned.
