Job summary

UIL HOLDINGS CORPORATION in Orange, CT is seeking a Manager - Customer Program & Products Management to drive energy efficiency program offerings and product development within the Commercial & Industrial Conservation & Load Management group.

You will collaborate with marketing, regulatory, legal, procurement, engineering, and operations to meet growth and regulatory objectives, while ensuring customer satisfaction and timely reporting. Knowledge of energy markets and tariffs is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; 5–8 years of related experience preferred.
• Experience managing energy efficiency programs or projects is preferred.
• Knowledge of utility tariffs, rates, and energy markets is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement program and product plans with stakeholders.
• Manage budget development, monitoring and variance reporting.
• Provide direction to program/product support personnel and vendors.
• Ensure processes meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver excellent customer service and timely issue resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet growth and regulatory targets.
