Job summary

UIL Holdings Corporation’s Conservation & Load Management group seeks a Manager to lead customer program and product management across energy efficiency initiatives. You will oversee development, implementation, and operational requirements for multiple offerings across Avangrid networks, including collaboration with marketing, regulatory, procurement, and engineering teams.

The role emphasizes achieving growth, savings and profitability while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; 5–8 years of relevant energy efficiency/program experience preferred.
• Engineer background with ABET-accredited degree desired; related experience may be substituted.

Responsibilities

• Manage development, implementation and operations of energy efficiency and demand-side management programs and products.
• Coordinate with marketing, regulatory, legal, procurement, engineering and senior management to meet objectives.
• Provide budget development, monitoring and variance reporting; oversee vendor services and procurement.
• Deliver timely customer service and internal/external reporting; document energy savings and incentives.
