Job summary

Eversource Energy is seeking a leader to supervise a team of Energy Efficiency Consultants responsible for engaging with manufacturers and suppliers of energy-saving products and services across multiple states. You will guide channel strategy, manage the energy efficiency portfolio, and collaborate with sales, implementation and evaluation teams.

This role requires 5–10 years in technical marketing, sales, or energy efficiency, a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), and willingness to travel

Qualifications

• EDUCATION: Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5–10 years in technical marketing, sales, project management or energy efficiency.
• Experience in channel partnerships, program management and stakeholder presentations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Energy Efficiency Consultants and manage program execution across states.
• Oversee budgeting, invoicing and tracking of energy savings and prepare RFPs.
• Coordinate with customers, program admins, advisers, and vendors to deliver programs.
• Develop new value-added products and services for customer classes.
• Travel between MA/CT/NH as needed; work with regulators and stakeholders.
