Job description

• We are seeking an experienced energy industry professional to support our mid-market commercial and industrial customer segment.
• This role focuses on working with mid-to-low range energy customers, driving participation in sales, energy efficiency programs, and ensuring all opportunities within each customer account are fully explored.
• The ideal candidate will bring strong customer relationship and account management experience, a deep understanding of energy efficiency initiatives, and a commitment to delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.
• This position requires regular collaboration with internal teams and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams, to effectively manage customer engagement and program execution.

Required:

• B.S. Degree in Management, Engineering, Business, Finance or other relevant field or equivalent work experience plus 7 years of experience in the space of energy efficiency programs, construction or related fields. In lieu of a degree, 11 years of experience in the space of energy efficiency programs, construction, or related field.
• Experience managing vendor performance, and leading cross-functional teams; Energy Efficiency or Electric Vehicle program experience
• Management/leadership experience working with cross-functional teams
