Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering required.
• 8+ years in the DSM or building efficiency industry.
• Strong leadership, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to distill complex ideas into concise communication.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor engineers to deliver DSM projects.
• Oversee energy modeling, economic analyses, and reports.
• Manage client relationships and ensure on-time delivery.
• Support project implementation and verify results.
• Promote continuous improvement and QC of deliverables.
