Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review and support evaluation, implementation, and verification of energy efficiency projects.
• Provide technical assistance and guidance on energy efficient technologies to program participants.
• Develop and share best practices across the team and organization.
• Collaborate with IT, Reporting, Marketing, and Customer Care teams.
• Conduct analyses to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with processing incoming project applications and review forms for compliance.
• Assign project applications for further processing per program policies.
• Support customer and contractor inquiries.
• Coordinate quality control follow-up on inspections and surveys.
