Resource Innovations in Chicago, IL is seeking a Program Associate to provide administrative support for multiple residential energy efficiency programs. You will help assess eligibility, track milestones, and process program data while coordinating with participants, contractors, and staff.

This role emphasizes teamwork, meticulous data management, and clear communications across departments to ensure timely reporting and successful program outcomes.

Qualifications

• BS or BA or 2+ years of relevant work experience in customer service or admin roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, OneNote and Teams; Salesforce or other CRM.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; highly organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Respond to program participant and contractor inquiries professionally and timely.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports for internal and external purposes.
• Coordinate outreach to program customers, contractors, and community organizations.
• Manage data and track project milestones using program systems.
• Support cross-functional teams and attend team meetings.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with RI systems and documentation.
