Resource Innovations is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support utility energy efficiency programs in Chicago. You will coordinate campaigns, scripts, emails, website updates, and events while collaborating with program teams, clients, and partners to ensure timely deliverables.

The role emphasizes organization, attention to detail, and proactive communication across multiple channels. A Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of marketing or project coordination experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, or client communication roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).

Responsibilities

• Marketing Project Coordination: coordinate day‑to‑day projects using Wrike/Smartsheet, manage schedules and inputs.
• Campaign & Communications Execution: develop and run campaigns across email, website, social, and events.
• Content Development & Quality Control: review and proofread emails, website content, and materials.
• Creative & Production Coordination: communicate requirements to partners and route revisions.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: align with program teams and clients to translate needs into deliverables.
• Customer Journey Support: assist communications across awareness, participation, and post‑program engagement.
• Campaign Tracking & Reporting: compile metrics and support client reports and recommendations.
• Event & Meeting Support: coordinate virtual/in‑person events, invitations, signage, and materials.
• Marketing Operations & Organization: maintain files, calendars, and approved materials.
