Job summary

Resource Innovations in Chicago, IL seeks a Program Associate to provide administrative support for residential energy efficiency programs across the Midwest. You will handle data entry, reporting, outreach, and coordination with multiple teams to keep projects on track and compliant.

The role requires strong organization, communication and a commitment to impactful energy solutions. On-site work in Chicago with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• BS or BA or 2+ years of relevant work experience in customer service, energy efficiency or administrative support roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communications with clients, the public, and internal staff.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from program participants, contractors and clients professionally.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports for internal and external use.
• Support outreach to program customers, contractors, and community-based organizations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams across Operations, Planning, Finance, IT, Engineering and Marketing.
• Manage data and track project milestones using program systems.
