Job summary

We seek an Energy Advisor to build relationships with facility managers, business owners, contractors, and utility partners in Massachusetts, driving program participation and project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in account management, technical sales, B2B sales, utility programs, or customer-facing business development roles.
• Experience with Commercial & Industrial customers.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel regionally (approximately 50%).

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with businesses and facility decision-makers to drive participation in utility energy efficiency programs.
• Identify opportunities, generate project leads, and maintain a strong pipeline of customer opportunities.
• Educate customers on program benefits and guide projects from initial engagement through implementation.
• Collaborate with internal experts, utilities, contractors, and customers to move projects forward.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience while achieving program performance goals.
