Job summary

Cadmus seeks an entrepreneurial leader to build and grow our Energy Program Administration practice. This individual will develop strategy, secure new clients, build delivery capability, and lead operations to help utilities and government clients achieve decarbonization and energy savings goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in energy efficiency, clean energy, or utility program administration.
• At least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven business development and sales success.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development for program administration and implementation with utilities, state agencies, and funding entities.
• Develop a growth-oriented plan to build and scale the practice with GTM strategy, services, markets, staffing, and revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal engineering, evaluation, program design, and data analytics teams to shape differentiated offerings.
• Build senior-level client relationships to identify opportunities and position Cadmus as a trusted program administrator.
• Provide executive oversight of delivery to ensure compliance, data integrity, and achievement of savings and equity goals.
