Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in energy efficiency, clean energy, or utility program administration, with leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, business, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
• Proven experience launching energy efficiency or clean energy programs or scaling new business lines.
• Proven business development experience and sales success.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development efforts for program administration and implementation opportunities with utilities and agencies.
• Develop and execute a growth-oriented plan to build and scale the practice, including strategy, go-to-market, staffing, and revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to shape differentiated offerings aligned with regulatory, market, and equity priorities.
• Build and maintain senior-level client relationships to identify opportunities and position Cadmus as a trusted program administrator.
• Provide executive oversight of program delivery to ensure regulatory compliance, data integrity, and achievement of savings and equity objectives.
