Job summary

Cadmus seeks an entrepreneurial leader to build and grow our Energy Program Administration practice. This individual will develop strategy, secure new clients, build delivery capability, and lead program operations that help utilities and government clients achieve decarbonization and energy savings goals.

Cadmus provides government, commercial, and other organizations with technology-enabled advisory and implementation services.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in energy efficiency, clean energy, or utility program administration with leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven track record launching energy programs or scaling new business lines.
• Strong business development, sales, and client relationship skills.
• Solid understanding of utility program design, regulatory requirements, and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities; proficient in MS Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development efforts for program administration and implementation with utilities and agencies.
• Develop a growth-oriented plan to build and scale the practice, including go-to-market strategy and revenue targets.
• Collaborate with engineering, evaluation, design, and analytics teams to shape offerings responding to regulatory and equity priorities.
• Build and maintain senior-level client relationships with regulators and partners to identify opportunities.
• Provide executive oversight of delivery to ensure regulatory compliance, data integrity, and scalable delivery models.
