Job summary

Cadmus Group seeks an entrepreneurial leader to build and grow our Energy Program Administration practice. This role develops strategy, secures new clients, builds delivery capability, and leads program operations that help utilities and government clients achieve decarbonization and energy savings goals.

The ideal candidate will drive growth, manage senior client relationships, and work with engineering, evaluation, and data analytics teams to shape offerings that respond to regulatory

Qualifications

• 10+ years in energy efficiency or utility program administration with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
• Proven experience launching energy efficiency or clean energy programs or scaling new business lines.
• Proven business development experience and sales success.
• Strong understanding of utility program design, regulatory requirements, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development efforts for program administration and program implementation opportunities with utilities, state agencies, and funding entities.
• Develop and execute a growth-oriented plan to build and scale the practice, including GTM strategy and multi-year targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to shape differentiated offerings responsive to regulatory and market priorities.
• Build senior-level relationships with clients, regulators, and industry partners to identify opportunities.
• Provide executive oversight of program delivery to ensure compliance, data integrity, and equity objectives.
