Job summary

Cadmus seeks an entrepreneurial leader to build and grow our Energy Program Administration practice. The role focuses on strategy, client acquisition, and delivering programs that advance decarbonization and energy savings for utilities and government clients.

You will work with engineering, evaluation, and data analytics teams to shape offerings, maintain client relationships, and ensure delivery excellence while pursuing growth and scalable delivery models.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in energy efficiency, clean energy, or utility program administration
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, business, or related field
• Proven experience launching energy efficiency or clean energy programs or scaling new business lines
• Proven business development experience and sales success
• Strong understanding of utility program design, regulatory requirements, and stakeholder engagement
• Excellent leadership, communication, and business development skills

Responsibilities

• Lead business development efforts for program administration and implementation opportunities with utilities, state agencies, and funding entities
• Develop and execute a growth-oriented business plan to build and scale a program administration and implementation practice
• Collaborate with internal teams to shape differentiated offerings that respond to regulatory, market, transformation, and equity priorities
• Build and maintain senior-level relationships with clients, regulators, community organizations, and industry partners
• Provide executive oversight of program delivery to ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance, data integrity, and achievement of savings and equity objectives
