This individual will develop strategy, secure new clients, build delivery capability, and lead program operations that help utilities and government clients achieve their decarbonization and energy savings goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in energy efficiency, clean energy, or utility program administration.
• Leadership experience launching programs or scaling new business lines.
• Strong communication and business development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development efforts for program administration and implementation opportunities with utilities, state agencies, and funding entities.
• Develop and execute a growth-oriented plan to build and scale a program administration practice, including go-to-market strategy and multi-year targets.
• Collaborate with engineering, evaluation, program design, and data analytics teams to shape differentiating offerings.
• Build and maintain senior-level relationships to identify opportunities and position the firm as a trusted program administrator.
• Provide executive oversight of program delivery to ensure regulatory compliance, data integrity, and attainment of savings and equity goals.
