This individual will be responsible for developing strategy, securing new clients, building delivery capability, and leading program operations that help utilities and government clients achieve their decarbonization and energy savings goals.

Qualifications

10+ years of energy efficiency or utility program experience with leadership roles.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, business or related field.
Proven experience launching or scaling energy programs and growth initiatives.
Strong business development and sales capabilities.
Solid understanding of utility program design, regulatory requirements, and stakeholder engagement.
Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

Lead business development for program administration and implementation with utilities and agencies.
Develop and execute growth plans including GTM strategy, service definition, and multi-year targets.
Collaborate with engineering, evaluation, design, and data analytics teams to shape offerings.
Build senior-level client relationships to identify opportunities and position Cadmus as trusted partner.
Provide executive oversight to ensure delivery excellence, compliance, and impact on savings and equity.
