Job summary

Meta’s Global Energy Team seeks an experienced energy professional to manage renewable energy and carbon reduction contracts across construction, development, and operation phases. You will monitor project performance, enforce contract terms, and coordinate with legal, finance, and procurement.

The role requires 5+ years in energy contract management and strong data/document controls, with experience in cross-functional collaboration and AI tooling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, energy or environmental science or related field.
• 5+ years of energy contract management, development, or operations experience with utility, supplier or project developer.
• Experience managing renewable energy project portfolios and tracking performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the ongoing owner for Meta's operational renewable energy contract requirements.
• Create, maintain and track documents and data for renewable energy projects.
• Review counterparty deliverables and ensure REC, cost and performance alignment.
• Coordinate contract amendments, collateral and force majeure issues with stakeholders.
• Oversee approval and signature processes for executed contracts.
