Meta’s Global Energy Team seeks an experienced energy professional to manage a portfolio of renewable energy and carbon-related contracts through development, construction, and operation. You will oversee contract compliance, support negotiations, monitor project milestones, and coordinate amendments across legal, finance, and procurement teams.

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years in energy contract management or related roles.
Experience handling renewable energy projects and performance metrics.
Ability to draft and maintain official counterparty communications.
Experience building partnerships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Serve as the ongoing owner for Meta's operational renewable energy contract requirements.
Create, maintain, and track documents and data for renewable energy projects.
Track counterparty compliance with contract deliverables.
Review invoicing and reporting to ensure RECs, costs and performance align with terms.
Respond to counterparty inquiries and manage amendments, collateral, force majeure, etc.
Manage approval and signature processes for contract documents after execution.
Surface and resolve issues in ongoing contracts and operations.
Coordinate with legal, finance, accounting, purchasing, and other stakeholders.
