Job summary

DNV Energy Systems North America seeks a Principal Project Manager to lead complex M&A engagements across wind, solar, storage and other energy technologies. You will combine technical delivery leadership with commercial ownership and team development to deliver high-value due diligence for the North American market.

You will serve as senior advisor on project decisions, manage cross-functional reviews, and help shape methodologies, digital tools, and service offerings for a growing M&A advisory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited university in a related field.
• Ten or more years of applicable experience in technical advisory, commercial leadership, and complex project management in energy.
• Excellent written and verbal communications in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, high-value due diligence engagements across multiple technologies and disciplines.
• Provide senior-level project management and technical advisory for M&A transactions.
• Develop winning proposals and drive account growth for priority customers.
• Mentor and develop junior project managers and reinforce scalable delivery templates.
