Job summary

DNV Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager for its M&A Advisory Services in North America. The role combines technical leadership with commercial ownership and client relationship management across energy technologies and project financing.

You will steer complex engagements, maintain high-quality deliverables, and mentor junior staff while developing repeatable methods and tools for the team. The position offers a dynamic hybrid work model across multiple U.S. locations.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background in energy technologies (wind, solar, storage, EV infrastructure, decarbonization, midstream infra, thermal generation, data centers or other energy tech).
• Experience delivering large-scale M&A due diligence projects.
• Ability to lead cross-disciplinary teams and manage stakeholder engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, multi-discipline due diligence engagements with accountability for scope, schedule, budget, quality, and commercial outcomes.
• Provide senior-level project management and technical advisory services across delivery
• Develop Project Managers and Associate Project Managers and translate experience into repeatable methods and tools
• Lead customer dialogues to understand needs and develop winning proposals for services
• Mentor PMs/APMs and collaborate with Team Leads to grow capabilities and ensure readiness
