• Senior-level expertise in energy technologies and/or project financing for M&A transactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the most complex, high-value M&A engagements for energy projects, acting as a senior escalation point for technical and commercial decisions.
• Provide senior-level project management and technical advisory services, aligning transaction strategy with client priorities and quality expectations.
• Mentor and develop junior project managers and associates, codifying repeatable methods and best practices.
• Develop and deliver customer engagements, proposals, and scoping for due diligence work, ensuring budget and timelines are met.
