Responsibilities

• Lead the most complex, high-value M&A engagements as the senior point of contact for scope, schedule, budget, quality, and commercial outcomes.
• Provide senior-level project management and technical advisory services across technical, commercial, and delivery trade-offs.
• Develop Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and Associate Project Managers, and translate experience into repeatable methods and tools.
• Coordinate technical reviews across civil/electrical engineering, energy assessment, technology, transmission, permitting and other DNV disciplines.
• Lead customer dialogues to understand needs, develop winning proposals, and identify opportunities for innovation.
• Mentor and develop engagement teams and contribute to talent development within the M&A practice.
