You will combine project delivery leadership with account growth, commercial ownership, and team capability development across North America.

The successful candidate will shape the future of energy transactions by leading due diligence, advising on complex deals, and guiding teams

Qualifications

• Strong technical background in energy technologies (wind, solar, storage, EV infrastructure, decarbonization, etc.).
• Experience with project financing for M&A advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Lead high‑impact energy M&A transactions across multiple technologies.
• Provide technical due diligence and advisory services to support deal execution.
