Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking a Project Manager I, Project Delivery to oversee the implementation of delivery contracts, manage budgets, and coordinate with subcontractors and vendors. The role emphasizes safety, quality outcomes, and alignment with company commitments.

Ideal candidates will have a four-year degree in CM or Engineering with relevant experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead projects across site activities, budgeting, scheduling, and compliance.

Qualifications

• 4 Year Degree in Construction Management, applicable Engineering OR applicable field experience and 3+ years of experience.
• Effective presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrates emerging leadership skills and motivation to resolve issues while maintaining relationships.
• Focus on safety, financial performance and client expectations; resourceful and able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure work environment through site planning and safety reviews.
• Assist PM/Construction Manager to ensure scope, code and project requirements are met.
• Understand project budget and manage GMP, Lump Sum, or Concession Agreement contracts.
• Set up Procore for Change Management and Document Control per SOPs.
• Negotiate and prepare vendor purchase orders and subcontracts to support milestones.
• Lead project meetings and document agendas/minutes with all stakeholders.
• Manage project schedule and communicate risks with mitigation plans.
• Develop and maintain strong client relations with subcontractors and vendors.
