Job summary

ENFRA is seeking a Project Manager I, Project Delivery to oversee the implementation of delivery projects and manage financial aspects, subcontractors, and safety to meet company commitments.

You will coordinate change management, document control, and vendor subcontracts while ensuring adherence to project budgets and quality standards. This role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks on-site across stages of the project.

Qualifications

• 4 Year Degree in Construction Management, applicable Engineering OR applicable field experience and 3+ years of experience.
• Effective presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrates emerging leadership skills and has the willingness to address challenges, resolve issues, and motivate others while maintaining relationships.
• Manages outcomes by being resourceful and maintaining focus on safety, financial performance and client expectations.
• Ability to multitask and willing to perform additional duties as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure work environment through site planning and safety activities.
• Assist the Senior Project Manager and Construction Manager for all project scope to ensure code and project requirements are met.
• Manage Project Budget and GMP/Lump Sum/Concession delivery.
• Set up Procore for Change Management and Document Control per SOPs.
• Negotiate and prepare vendor PO's and subcontracts to support milestones.
• Lead meetings with the team, vendors, subcontractors, and client.
• Develop the Baseline Schedule focusing on Energy Savings milestones.
• Prepare monthly project reports and cost reviews for leadership.
• Lead Schedule of Values for monthly client payments.
• Oversee Quality Assurance Plan and Change Management processes.

Education
