Job summary

ENFRA, a long-standing leader in energy infrastructure, is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Project Delivery to oversee the implementation of delivery projects, manage budgets, subcontractors, client relationships, and ensure safe, quality outcomes.

The role requires 8+ years in construction-related fields, a 4-year degree, and travel 40-60%. Procore familiarity, strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in construction/project delivery.
• Demonstrates effective presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrates leadership and the ability to address challenges, resolve issues, and motivate others while maintaining relationships.
• Focus on safety, financial performance and client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the implementation of the Contract for a Delivery Project or portion of an IS Delivery Project.
• Manage financials, Subcontractors/Vendors, and Client relationships to deliver safe, quality outcomes.
• Maintain project budget and manage GMP, Lump Sum, or Concession Agreement delivery types.
• Ensure contract requirements, bonds, insurance, schedules, reporting, costs, and energy savings requirements are met.
• Set up the Project Job Management System (Procore) for Change Management and Document Control per SOPs.
• Negotiate and prepare vendor POs and subcontracts to support milestones.
• Lead hand-off meetings and establish project goals with the client.
• Ensure site utilization plans emphasize safety and accessibility.
• Establish Baseline Schedule emphasizing energy savings milestones.
• Produce timely monthly reports and cost reviews for leadership.
• Implement Project Specific Quality Assurance Plan and Change Management processes.
• Prepare agendas and minutes for all project meetings with team, vendors, and client.
• Communicate mitigations for Risk Log items with leadership.
• Develop and nurture relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and the client.
