Job summary

ENFRA, a seasoned leader in energy infrastructure, seeks a Project Manager I, Project Delivery to oversee the implementation of the Contract for a Delivery Project. You will manage financials, subcontractors, and deliver safe, quality outcomes that meet Company commitments.

Responsibilities include site safety planning, GMP/contract understanding, Procore setup, vendor and subcontractor coordination, schedule management, risk tracking, and client relations.

Qualifications

• 4 Year Degree in Construction Management, applicable Engineering OR equivalent field experience.
• 3+ years of experience in project delivery or construction management.
• Effective presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
• Leadership abilities and client-focused mindset.
• Commitment to safety and quality in delivery projects.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure work environment and participate in site safety planning.
• Assist Senior Project Manager and Construction Manager to ensure code and project requirements.
• Manage project budgets and contracts including GMP, Lump Sum, or Concession.
• Oversee Procore setup for Change Management and Document Control.
• Negotiate vendor POs and subcontracts to support milestones.
• Lead project meetings with team, vendors, subcontractors, and client.
