Job summary

ENFRA is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Project Delivery, to oversee all aspects of implementing contracts for a Delivery Project. You will manage financials, subcontractors, client relationships, and ensure safe, quality outcomes that meet company commitments.

The role requires a 4-year degree in Construction Management or Engineering, 8+ years of experience, strong communication and leadership, and a focus on safety. Procore proficiency is beneficial; travel 40–60% is expected.

Qualifications

• 4 Year Degree in Construction Management, applicable Engineering OR applicable field experience.
• 8+ years of experience.
• Effective presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrates leadership skills and has the willingness to address challenges, resolve issues, and motivate others while maintaining relationships.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure work environment through site planning, Safety Plan review, JHA approvals, on-site toolbox talks and site walks with the Lead Construction Manager.
• Is the key resource for the Project Executive and Vice President for all project scope to ensure code and project requirements are met.
• Manages the Project Budget and understands and can execute the management of the GMP, Lump Sum, or Concession Agreement.
• Manages and understands the requirements of the Contract, including bonds, insurance, notifications, schedules, reporting, costs and energy savings requirements.
• Oversees the set-up of Procore for all Change Management and Document Control procedures following Company SOPs.
• Negotiate and prepare vendor purchase orders and subcontracts in a timely manner to support the project schedule milestones.
• Lead in the Hand-off meeting from Development that establishes project goals, parameters and client expectations.
• Oversee the Project Team in establishment of the site utilization plan with a focus on cleanliness, access control and overall safety.
