Job summary

ENFRA is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Project Delivery to oversee the implementation of Delivery Projects, manage budgets, and lead cross-functional teams. You will coordinate with the Project Executive and VP to ensure compliance, safety, and performance while driving client satisfaction.

The role requires 8+ years of experience, a 4-year degree in construction or engineering, and proficient use of Procore for project controls.

Qualifications

• 4 Year Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of project management experience.
• Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams while managing safety, budget and client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment and participate in site planning, safety planning, JHA reviews, toolbox talks and site walks.
• Serve as the key resource for the Project Executive and VP for all project scope and requirements.
• Manage project budget and contract delivery methods (GMP, Lump Sum, Concession).
• Manage and understand contract requirements, including bonds, insurance, schedules, reporting, costs and energy savings requirements.
• Set up Procore for Change Management and Document Control following SOPs.
• Negotiate and prepare vendor purchase orders and subcontracts to support milestones.
• Lead the hand-off meeting from Development establishing project goals and client expectations.
• Oversee site utilization plan focusing on cleanliness, access control and safety of staff and clients.
• Establish the Baseline Schedule with energy savings milestones and contract documentation.
• Ensure timely monthly project reports and cost reviews with leadership using current data.
• Implement the Project Quality Assurance Plan and proper documentation for all parties.
• Maintain Change Management process from RFIs to directives with accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare agendas and meeting minutes for all project meetings and communicate to stakeholders.
• Coordinate risk mitigation plans with project leadership and other divisions.
• Build strong customer relations with subcontractors, vendors and Client to align with energy goals.
• Participate in industry groups and community activities to promote the company.
• Develop and mentor all Project Managers.
