Job summary

Qualifications

• 4 Year Degree in Construction Management, applicable Engineering OR applicable field experience and 3+ years of experience.
• Effective presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
• Emerging leadership with ability to address challenges, resolve issues and motivate others.
• Resourceful, focused on safety, financial performance and client expectations.
• Ability to multitask and willingness to perform additional duties as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure work environment through site planning and safety practices.
• Assist the Senior Project Manager and Construction Manager to ensure code and project requirements are met.
• Oversee the project budget and management of GMP, Lump Sum, or Concession Agreement.
• Set up the Project Job Management System (Procore) for Change Management and Document Control procedures.
• Negotiate and prepare vendor purchase orders and subcontracts to support the project schedule milestones.
• Lead project meetings and establish the Baseline Schedule, values, and QA plans.
• Develop and maintain the Risk Log and communications with client and subcontractors.
