Job summary

You will lead risk management, schedule baselines, QA processes, and coordinate with project leadership while developing project managers and traveling to job sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 4 Year Degree in Construction Management, applicable Engineering OR applicable field experience.
• 8+ years of experience.
• Effective presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrates leadership skills and ability to address challenges, resolve issues, and motivate others while maintaining relationships.
• Influences outcomes by being resourceful and maintaining focus on safety, financial performance and client expectations.
• Ability to multitask and willingness to perform additional duties as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure work environment through site planning and safety plan reviews.
• Key resource for Project Executive and VP to ensure code and project requirements are met.
• Manage project budget and contract delivery types (GMP, Lump Sum, Concession).
• Oversee contract requirements including bonds, insurance, schedules, and energy savings requirements.
• Set up Procore for Change Management and Document Control procedures.
