Job summary

ENFRA is seeking a Project Executive for Integrated Solutions - Delivery to oversee contract execution, client satisfaction, and business development on large energy infrastructure projects. You will guide project teams, manage budgets, and negotiate with vendors/subcontractors while mentoring managers for career growth.

Responsibilities include financial forecasting, risk management, and ensuring timely change control and reporting.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of verifiable experience in large commercial construction (>$20M).
• 4-year Construction Management degree (or related) with field experience in core markets.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to resolve challenges while maintaining client relationships.
• Knowledge of pull planning and Last Planner System; strong MS Office & scheduling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple project teams across geographies; ensure safety and risk management.
• Manage project financials and communicate forecasts to leadership.
• Develop subcontract and purchase order exhibits; drive buy-out of scopes of work.
• Maintain client relations and ensure compliance with contract terms and company policies.
