Alvarez & Marsal Deutschland GmbH is seeking Managers with deep Finance & Accounting experience within the Energy sector to support private equity and corporate clients. You will work with CFOs and senior stakeholders to identify issues and deliver actionable solutions.

The role involves leading engagements across finance processes, transformation initiatives, and transaction support, with opportunities for career growth in a fast-paced environment. Domestic and international travel expected.

Formación

• CPA required.
• 4–8+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, public accounting, and/or industry roles with a focus on Finance & Accounting.
• Strong knowledge and application of GAAP.
• Experience with energy finance and accounting processes such as revenue accounting and PP&A is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead F&A transformation, performance improvement, and transaction-related engagements for private equity and corporate clients across the Energy sector.
• Lead workstreams and project teams to deliver high-quality work within established timelines.
• Partner with CFOs and finance leaders to identify critical issues and develop actionable solutions.
• Develop and implement recommendations related to finance process improvement and cost optimization.
