Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal Deutschland GmbH is seeking a Senior Transformation Consultant to lead end-to-end corporate transformation programs. You will focus on revenue model optimization, cost reduction, and operating model enhancements while delivering measurable financial improvements for clients.

Qualifications

• 4–8+ years of consulting experience or equivalent in large-scale transformation programs
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or finance; MBA a plus
• Proven track record leading transformation initiatives from assessment to implementation
• Strong client delivery skills with ability to drive sustainable solutions
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to pursue new business opportunities
• Hands-on operator with grit and high‑stakes execution
• Strong experience with financial modeling, EBITDA improvement, value creation, and P&L ownership
• Ability to frame ambiguous problems and communicate insights to executives and operations
• High emotional intelligence and collaborative leadership
• High-energy, adaptable to dynamic environments
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio with attention to detail
• Willingness to travel
• Experience and comfort using Claude

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation initiatives from assessment through implementation.
• Drive revenue model optimization, cost reduction, product/service delivery improvements, and G&A operating model optimization.
• Collaborate with clients to deliver sustainable financial improvements.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities leveraging your network.
