Job summary

Trane Technologies, a world leader in sustainable climate solutions, is seeking recent graduates for a full-time Energy Engineer role through a 15-week Graduate Training Program. You will learn from experts and begin in a predetermined office location with onboarding in August.

During the program you will travel to multiple company sites, complete trainings, and work on HVAC fundamentals, energy literacy, and sales. After completion you become a full-time Energy Engineer in your local office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; must be graduated prior to start date.
• Willingness to travel to multiple in-person destinations during the 15-week program.
• Valid driver’s license; proof of insurance; no major violations.

Responsibilities

• Convert data into actionable insight to optimize client facilities.
• Analyze energy use and identify energy conservation measures.
• Assist with energy simulations and consultative sales.
• Provide routine energy-use insights and technical training support.
• Travel to company sites as part of the 15-week training program.
