Job summary

TruTeam, part of TopBuild Corp., seeks a results-driven sales professional to drive growth in insulation and building materials. You will identify and follow up on leads, present proposals, and manage accounts while delivering tailored material solutions to customers.

The role emphasizes field-based customer engagement, market awareness, and achieving monthly targets, with significant local travel and a safety-conscious culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years sales experience in building products/construction.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective customers and generate and follow up on leads.
• Conduct daily sales calls, provide proposals, generate new business leads and manage accounts.
• Provide product knowledge and expertise to customers, recommending materials and services based on customers’ needs and interests.
• Understand the market you serve, monitor market conditions, product innovations and competitors’ products, prices and sales.
• Meet monthly sales targets.
• Communicate company safety programs to customers at sale inception by inspecting job sites for safety concerns.
• Manage customer experience from initial sale to project completion.
• Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned.
