Qualifications

• 2+ years' people management experience.
• Strong numerical, ROI and payback analysis.
• Organized, process-minded with tracking and follow-through.
• Experience in energy, incentive programs or utilities.
• Proficiency in Excel and effective communication.
• Interest in learning energy efficiency technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop analysts while managing workloads, priorities and deadlines.
• Help the team evaluate how available funding improves project ROI and customer payback.
• Oversee research, applications and tracking for utility rebates and other funding programs.
• Improve processes, reporting and documentation to keep work organized, accurate and moving forward.
• Collaborate with utilities and sales teams to maximize financial savings for customers.
• Learn the technologies and engineering principles behind energy efficiency projects and apply that knowledge to incentive opportunities.
