CLEAResult is seeking a seasoned outreach program professional in the United States (Georgia) to recruit and develop relationships with Trade Allies, educate contractors, and drive energy efficiency initiatives. The role focuses on engaging manufacturers, distributors, contractors, and retailers to meet client goals and improve program adoption.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in programs or outreach.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Responsible for developing awareness of energy efficiency technologies and delivering on program goals.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, educate and develop relationships with contractors and Trade Allies.
• Develop outreach tactics to recruit customers and trade allies.
• Understand the business customer base and integrate program offerings to improve service.
• Plan events and present programs to stakeholders.
• Serve as liaison between customers and contractors to enhance satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other energy efficiency programs to move projects forward and follow up on leads.
• Research markets and identify key allies for program targeting.
• Build a registry of Trade Allies for the programs.
• Identify barriers and inform the Program Manager about improvements.
• Ensure continuous improvement of operations.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly progress reports.
