Job summary

Resource Innovations is seeking an Outreach Lead to join our Chandler, Arizona team. You will recruit, onboard, train and maintain relationships with qualified service providers including installation contractors and engineering/controls vendors for energy-efficiency programs.

The role requires strong leadership, sales, technical ability, and program expertise to support a growing outreach team and regional events.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of work experience with energy-efficiency.
• Must be located in the greater Phoenix, Arizona area.
• Local travel within the Greater Phoenix area is expected, averaging approximately 25% of the role.

Responsibilities

• Provides education and technical assistance to lighting, HVAC, mechanical, controls, and engineering vendors to encourage participation in utility sponsored energy efficiency incentive programs.
• Communicates key objectives, strategies, and priorities to a variety of stakeholders and contributors (program management, software, outreach, data analysis, customer service, and partner teams).
• Develops, manages, and fosters partnerships and relationships with local organizations, associations, subcontractors, community groups, and other industry affiliates/stakeholders that serve our key client populations.
• Provides excellent customer service to clients, end-use utility customers, vendors, delivery team members, and industry partners.
• Represent Utility and program at local events.
• Project specific outreach. To find projects that will complete this year and support the contractor or customer in getting it into our pipeline.
• Industry outreach as guided by the Outreach Team. Meaning contacting trade allies, both inside our network and outside, to identify projects.
• Other duties as assigned.
