Job summary

CLEAResult is hiring in Georgia for a role focused on expanding energy-efficiency outreach with Trade Allies and contractors. You will recruit, train, and manage relationships to drive program adoption and customer satisfaction.

3–5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree are preferred. The role includes event planning, market research, and cross-functional collaboration to meet program goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years experience in energy efficiency outreach.
• Experience with Trade Allies including manufacturers, distributors, contractors and retailers.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, educate and develop relationships with contractors and Trade Allies to encourage effective marketing of programs.
• Develop outreach tactics to recruit customers and Trade Allies.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the business customer base.
• Integrate program offerings into customer operations to improve service.
• Perform event planning, coordination and presentations of programs.
• Coordinate between customers and contractors to enhance program satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other energy efficiency programs to move projects forward and follow-up on leads.
• Research markets, accumulate data on businesses, and identify key allies.
• Build a base of registered Trade Allies for the programs.
