Franklin Energy is seeking an Outreach Manager I to lead a team of Energy Advisors, Outreach Specialists, and Energy Engineers in Tucson, AZ. You will guide daily operations, set goals, and partner with the Client Marketing team to maximize program reach and success.

You will provide energy advice, identify efficiency opportunities, and document savings while coordinating with engineering and field teams to continuously improve program delivery. Travel up to 40% may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in electric or natural gas utility industry, facilities management, HVAC design or sales, commercial and industrial lighting, or energy management.
• Experience managing staff performing proactive customer outreach activities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop Energy Advisors and Outreach Specialists to meet program goals.
• Develop outreach plans with Program Manager to target key market segments.
• Coordinate outreach activities with Marketing team, prime contractors and utility client.
• Document on-site opportunities for energy efficiency and provide follow-up to customers.
• Collaborate with Energy Engineers to track energy savings and manage projects.
