Job summary

Franklin Energy is seeking an Outreach Manager II to lead a team of Energy Advisors, Outreach Specialists, and Energy Engineers across multiple energy efficiency programs. You will identify opportunities, drive prescriptive and custom incentive measures, and coordinate with other departments to keep outreach processes efficient and communications timely.

You will mentor staff, set goals, monitor metrics, and manage the outreach budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; 5+ years of experience in outreach/sales.
• Experience with energy efficiency outreach programs is preferred.
• Strong customer outreach and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and mentor the Outreach team (Energy Advisors, Outreach Specialists, Energy Engineers).
• Plan, coach, and direct work; conduct performance reviews and manage staffing.
• Achieve program objectives by maintaining productivity and service metrics; monitor results.
• Coordinate with Technology department on software issues and data systems; develop data gathering procedures.
• Prepare status reports on outreach progress and results; manage monthly/quarterly/annual goals.
• Develop and monitor outreach program structures and budgets; collaborate with Client Marketing for PR opportunities.
