ICF Olson is seeking an Associate Operations Specialist to support the energy efficiency program team in Columbia, SC. You will help evaluate, implement, and verify utility-sponsored projects and share best practices across departments.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with IT, Reporting, Marketing, and Customer Care teams, plus opportunities to identify trends and drive improvements. A background check is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field plus 1 year of work experience, or an Associate degree with 3+ years of work experience.
• Must successfully pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Support evaluation, implementation, and verification of energy efficiency projects.
• Develop and share best practices across the team and organization.
• Collaborate with IT, Reporting, Marketing, and Customer Care teams.
• Analyze trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with processing incoming project applications.
• Review project applications for program policy compliance.
• Assign applications for further processing and review.
• Assist with customer and contractor inquiries.
• Coordinate quality control follow-up on inspections and surveys.
