Job summary

ICF Olson seeks an Associate Account Specialist for Manufactured Homes in Louisiana. You will support residential utility programs, working with the client and ICF’s implementation team to deliver energy efficiency and bill savings to customers in Louisiana.

The role includes account management, trade ally and provider management, and other technical services for a utility energy efficiency program. You will review project submissions, run QA checks, provide day-to-day support to Trade Allies,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (candidates can substitute one year of experience for each year of education)
• 1+ years of professional work experience; preferably in utilities, energy efficiency, construction or trades
• Must have valid driver’s license and successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check

Responsibilities

• Review project submissions from participating Trade Allies to ensure required information is complete and accurate.
• Perform desktop and field quality assurance reviews to validate project data and support compliance with program requirements.
• Provide day-to-day support to Trade Allies and internal team members by answering questions and sharing program resources.
• Assist with reports, presentations, database updates, and data tracking using Microsoft Office and industry-specific software.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with Trade Allies, contractors, industry organizations, and other program stakeholders.
• Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to support program outreach and promotion.
• Stay informed on local, state, and federal energy efficiency programs and industry trends.
• Assist with identifying opportunities to enhance program offerings and participant engagement.
• Support additional program, administrative, and customer service activities as needed.
