Job summary

ICF is hiring an Associate Program Specialist to support residential energy efficiency programs in Louisiana. You will work closely with clients and the implementation team to deliver high-quality services and coordinate across multiple projects.

You will gain exposure to diverse energy projects, perform data validation, market research, and reporting, and help with outreach and administration while supporting continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (one year of experience can be substituted for one year of education)
• 1+ year(s) experience in energy, data analysis, operational support and/or related experience

Responsibilities

• Perform desktop QA/QC to validate technical project data for weekly processing and ensure compliance with program requirements and process controls.
• Conduct market research on energy efficiency technologies, including adoption, saturation, and feasibility.
• Support reporting activities, including report preparation, presentations, database management, and analysis using Microsoft Office and industry-specific software.
• Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote and represent program offerings.
• Stay informed on industry trends, program requirements, policies, and procedures.
• Serve as a point of contact for client and internal team inquiries, providing program support and issue resolution.
• Assist with client outreach, meetings, and ongoing communication efforts.
• Prepare and maintain program reports, documentation, records, and deliverables in accordance with client and company requirements.
