Job summary

Franklin Energy is seeking an Energy Advisor to deliver energy efficiency services directly to homeowners, landlords, and utility customers in the Tucson area. The role blends field work with office coordination to identify opportunities for prescriptive and custom incentives and to promote program participation.

You will communicate technical elements of energy systems, manage project data, and work with trade partners to meet program goals while adhering to safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3–5 years of experience in electric or natural gas utility field, facilities management, HVAC design or sales, lighting, energy management, or related experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and data tracking.
