Job summary

Franklin Energy is seeking a field- and office-based Energy Advisor to deliver energy efficiency programs for homeowners, landlords and utility customers in Wisconsin. You will advise on system modifications and coordinate with trade partners to improve efficiency and savings.

The role combines onsite visits with office work (about 3 field days and 2 office days per week), requires a bachelor’s degree or technical training, 3–5 years in related fields, strong communication skills, and up to 50%

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or technical degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in electricity or natural gas utility field preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote energy efficiency programs to customers and stakeholders.
• Make outbound calls to meet energy saving targets.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to raise program awareness.
• Assist customers through rebate application process.
• Coordinate with trade allies and program manager.
